New to Ride on Toys Kids? First Time Visit?

We understand if you’re visiting for the first time you may have few questions. To help you with them we’ve created this question and answer section below. We cover few general questions we get to ensure you are comfortable to complete your purchase. You can also get in touch with us by filling the form at the end of the page or by clicking on contact us. We strive to reply to each and every customer ticket or enquiry within 24 business hours. Our support team are always there to help you, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you don’t find an answer to your query below.

1How can I pay for these electric cars?

At the moment, you can complete your purchase using the following merchants.

  • PayPal: PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details, send and receive money or accept credit and debit cards as a seller. You can pay using your credit card or debit card. Supported Merchant: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your purchase, you can still pay using credit/debit card.

 

  • AfterPay: Shop Now! Enjoy Now! Pay Later! Afterpay allows you to pay for your order in 4 easy interest-free instalments. At checkout, ensure you use AfterPay as payment provider.

 

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard and Visa.

2How long does it take to confirm the payment?

Ride on Toys Kids will only dispatch items when full payment is received. Payment generally are instant. In some exceptional cases, it could take up to 2-3 days.

3Is Lay-by Available?

Unfortunately, at this moment, Ride on Toys Kids doesn’t offer Lay-by.

4Where is your warehouse located and can I come pick up the item?

Our main warehouse is located in VIC, however we do have a small warehouse in NSW where we do stock a small portion of our inventory. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, pickup has been closed in order to save time for our distribution centres to dispatch all order efficiently.

5Does product(s) cost include GST?

Yes, all products advertised on https://rideontoyskids.com.au/ are GST Inclusive.

6Do you ship to NZ or International Address?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We are looking to expand soon to New Zealand, keep an eye out to this section for an update in future.

7How are orders delivered?

All our items are shipped using one of the three courier companies. AusPost, Amarex [formerly Fastway Couriers], and TOLL, according to the size and weight of the item. A tracking number will also be updated to you after dispatch.

8How do I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel your order if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouse. As we operate a fast and automated dispatching system, but need time to respond to your message, we can only do our best to help.

9How long does it take to ship to my customers?

The estimated delivery time frames are:

  • For customers in VIC, approximately 3 – 5 working days;
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, approximately 4 – 8 working days;
  • For customers in QLD, NT,WA and TAS, approximately 7 – 10 working days.

NOTE:

  • Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
  • We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners would be able to guarantee either.

10When will the item be dispatched?

Most items will be dispatched the very next day after full payment is received.

11Can you assembly my item(s)?

All our toys require some form of assembly as they’re packed to fit in a box to save on shipping. They come with a manual or you can request one by emailing us on info@rideontoyskids.com.au.  Unfortunately, since we’re operating online only, we cannot assemble the toys for you.

12Where can I find the delivery information?

Tracking information will be emailed to you. Alternatively, you can get in touch with us at info@rideontoyskids.com.au or through Live Chat.

13Do you offer warranty?

All products come with a 12-month warranty which you may seek a refund or replacement for the product.

Refund and replacement generally take up to 2 working days to process, and will notify you right after it has been processed.

Please Note: A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
